\nRCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) said additional time will be needed to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2025.\n<\/p>\n

\nA Form 12b-25 notice of the delay was filed with the SEC. As soon as RCI determines when the 10-K filing will occur, a customary news release will be issued announcing the date and time of its final 4Q25 and FY25 results conference call.\n<\/p>\n
