\nRLJ Lodging Trust (the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2025.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4875 on the Company\u2019s Series A Preferred Shares. The dividend is payable on January 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2025.\n<\/p>\n
