Based on estimates by the Company\u2019s proxy solicitor, Cannae\u2019s shareholders are expected to elect James B. Stallings, Jr., Barry B. Moullet, Mona Aboelnaga and Ch\u00e9rie L. Schaible, to the Company\u2019s Board of Directors (\u201cBoard\u201d). The Board thanks Erika Meinhardt and Frank P. Willey for their exceptional contributions to Cannae.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nDoug Ammerman, Cannae\u2019s Chairman of the Board, commented, \u201cWe appreciate our shareholders\u2019 continued support of Cannae and our strategy to deliver long-term shareholder value, and the constructive feedback that we received throughout this process.
