ARLINGTON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Argan, Inc.<\/b> (NYSE: AGX) (\u201cArgan\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announces that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.50 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 22, 2026.\n<\/p>\n

\nDavid Watson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Argan commented, \u201cReturning value to shareholders through our quarterly dividend remains a key tenet of Argan\u2019s capital allocation strategy. In September 2025, our Board of Directors increased the quarterly dividend by 33% to $0.50, or $2.00 on an annual basis, our third increase in the past three years.
