In Prattville, Alabama, the library is transforming a donated trailer into an expanded library hub; in Paris, Arkansas, a vacant lot will become a vibrant downtown park; and in Dale, Texas, a new pavilion and free public Wi-Fi network will help bridge the digital divide.
