The redemption will occur on <span class=\"xn-chron\">January 24, 2026<\/span>, with the redemption price being paid to holders on <span class=\"xn-chron\">January 26, 2026<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>There are 1,250,000 Series BR Shares outstanding. The current principal amount of Series 2 LRCN outstanding is <span class=\"xn-money\">$1.25 billion<\/span>. The Series BR Shares and Series 2 LRCN represent <span class=\"xn-money\">$1.25 billion<\/span> of capital.
