The dividend will be paid on January 14, 2026<\/span>, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The fourth quarter dividend, together with the regular dividends declared for the first three quarters of 2025, total $0.36<\/span> per share, a 12.5% increase over 2024.<\/p>\n

DiamondRock expects to declare regular quarterly dividends of $0.09<\/span> per common share in 2026 and, depending on its 2026 operating income, a stub dividend in the fourth quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n
