Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth (1\/10) of an ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.<\/p>\n<p>The ordinary shares and rights that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cDMII\u201d and \u201cDMIIR,\u201d respectively.
