\nMs. Quinn brings nearly two decades of legal, regulatory, and fintech leadership experience. Prior to joining Forward, she served as Chief Legal Officer of Securitize. Before that, she spent over four years at Anchorage Digital, during which she served as General Counsel and as an advisor. Prior to that, she spent nearly three years as General Counsel of CoinList and three years as CEO and Co-Founder of legal technology platform iDisclose. Earlier in her career, Ms. Quinn worked as a capital markets attorney, including at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole, Seyfarth Shaw, and Weil Gotshal & Manges.\n<\/p>\n
