The units are expected to be listed for trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol \u201cIGACU\u201d beginning November 25, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one tenth of a Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Company expects that its Class A ordinary shares and rights will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols \u201cIGAC\u201d and \u201cIGACR,\u201d respectively. The offering is expected to close on November 26, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
