\nPulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) announced today that its Board of Directors has voted to increase the Company\u2019s quarterly dividend by 18% to $0.26 per common share. The increase will be effective with the Company\u2019s next scheduled dividend, which is payable January 6, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2025.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cConsistent with our capital allocation priorities of investing in the business and returning excess funds to shareholders, PulteGroup is again increasing its per share dividend payout,\u201d said PulteGroup President and CEO, Ryan Marshall. \u201cThis marks the seventh year in a row in which the Company has increased its dividend, as we continue to use our strong cash flow generation to grow our business and increase long-term value for our shareholders.\u201d<\/p>\n
