LandBridge Announces Launch of $500,000,000 Offering of Senior Notes<\/b><\/p>\n

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nLandBridge Company LLC (NYSE: LB; NYSE Texas: LB) (\u201cLandBridge\u201d) announced today that DBR Land Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of LandBridge, intends to offer $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes (the \u201cNotes\u201d) in a private placement to eligible purchasers, subject to market conditions.<\/p>\n

\nLandBridge intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes, together with borrowings under its new credit facility, to repay all outstanding borrowings under, and terminate, its existing credit facility.<\/p>\n

\nThe Notes to be offered have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the \u201cSecurities Act\u201d), or any state securities laws, and unless so registered, may not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
