Mr. Stein is an independent non-executive director of James Hardie and serves on the Board\u2019s Nominating and Governance Committee.<\/p>\n<p>\nConsistent with the Company\u2019s commitment to shareholder value creation and supporting the successful integration of the AZEK business, the Company also announced the formation of an ad-hoc Integration and Performance Committee of the Board (the \u201cCommittee\u201d) during this important period, which will oversee and support the integration, synergy delivery, and overall business performance.
