In this newly created role, Chandra will lead NiCE\u2019s Global Customer Operations division, driving greater alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the organization. \nChandra joins NiCE from The Walt Disney Company, where he served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience. A seasoned global executive, Chandra brings decades of leadership experience from top technology and entertainment companies including Disney, Meta, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where he has consistently delivered transformative growth through operational innovation and customer-centric strategy.<\/p>\n
