Puccetti, CFA, Chairman of the Company\u2019s board of directors (the \u201cBoard<\/strong>\u201d), has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Peter succeeds Anna Biehn, who has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n
