This increase was primarily due to an increase in revenues from our most recent limited liability company investment, an increase in average gas prices, and an increase in oil and natural gas production volumes partially offset by a decrease in average oil prices. Oil contributed 76% of our operating revenues for the first six months of fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Net income of $323,506, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the Company\u2019s second quarter of fiscal 2026 compared with $317,198, or $0.15 per diluted share for the comparable quarter ending September 30, 2024. Operating revenues in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 were $1,734,743.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company said, \u201cAlthough oil production volumes increased during the six-month period, the 17% decline in average oil prices has adversely impacted overall revenues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company currently expects to participate in the drilling and completion of 46 horizontal wells and 1 vertical well at an estimated aggregate cost of approximately $1.0 million for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, of which approximately $300,000 has been expended to date.
