\nBaxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX), a global medtech leader, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on Jan. 2, 2026, to stockholders of record as of Nov. 28, 2025. The indicated annual dividend rate equates to $0.04 per share of common stock.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cAs we previously announced in conjunction with third-quarter 2025 earnings, we will be reducing the quarterly dividend beginning in January 2026,\u201d said Joel Grade, Baxter\u2019s executive vice president and chief financial officer. \u201cThis action is expected to free up more than $300 million in annual cash flow, consistent with our prior commitments and focus on accelerating deleveraging.\u201d<\/p>\n
