The addition of their new mobile outreach system enables staff to access veteran records via VetraSpec securely, complete and print necessary VA documents on-site, and use Direct Submit for real-time uploads to the Veterans Benefits Management System. - Exceptional Outreach: Cass County Veterans Service Office, North Dakota. <\/b>This office is honored for its exceptional community engagement, exemplified by its second annual Stand Down event in Fargo. Held on September 11, 2025, the event provided crucial services, including VA enrollment, benefits counseling, and housing support to 318 attendees, including 185 veterans. The event saw a 38% growth in veteran turnout compared to the previous year, with significant increases among younger veterans. His feature requests led to key improvements, including the ability to search veterans by email and adding the zip code to the main title bar for easier VA Direct Submit processing. Rob also pioneered the use of visual images in veteran records, such as displaying medals and status, to boost office morale and allow VSOs to quickly grasp a veteran\u2019s service background at a glance.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
