This includes 51 new counties across eight markets, with a focus on D-SNPs, enhancements to the Wellcare Spendables\u00ae card and improving member experience. Wellcare’s PDP plans will continue to be available nationwide. The 2026 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) begins Oct. 15, 2025<\/span>, and runs through Dec. 7, 2025<\/span>.
