(Nasdaq: EPWK)\u00a0(the “Company”), a company that connects businesses with great talents through innovative and efficient cloud-sourcing platforms, today announced that the Company\u00a0received a letter (the “Notification Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Staff (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”), notifying the Company that, as of October 23, 2025<\/span>, the Company’s Class A ordinary shares had a closing bid price of $0.10<\/span> or less for ten consecutive trading days, and accordingly, the Company is subject to the provisions contemplated under Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iii). As a result, the Staff has determined to\u00a0delist the Company’s securities from The Nasdaq Capital Market.<\/p>\n

The Company has the opportunity to appeal Staff’s determination to a Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) by October 31, 2025<\/span>. The hearing request will stay the suspension of the Company’s securities and the filing of the Form 25-NSE pending the Panel’s decision. The fee for the hearing is $20,000<\/span>.
