Based upon the closing bid price of the Company\u2019s Class A ordinary shares (the \u201cShares\u201d)\u00a0for the last 30 consecutive business days, the Company no longer satisfies this requirement.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Notice indicated that the Company has 180 calendar days, or until April 27, 2026 (the \u201cCompliance Period\u201d), to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule. To regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule, the closing bid price of the Company\u2019s Shares must be at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days at any time prior to the expiration of the Compliance Period.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company\u2019s Shares, which will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol \u201cGLE.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company is monitoring the closing bid price of the Shares and evaluating options to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule, including by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary.
