NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nSaba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund (NYSE: BRW) (the \u201cFund\u201d), a registered closed-end management investment company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, today announced the final results of its transferable rights offer (the \u201cOffer\u201d) which expired on October 28, 2025 (the \u201cExpiration Date\u201d). The Fund will issue a total of 10,837,601 common shares of beneficial interest, without par value (each, a \u201cCommon Share\u201d), as a result of the Offer.<\/p>\n

\nThe final subscription price of $7.25 per Common Share was determined based on a formula equal to 87.5% of the Fund\u2019s net asset value per Common Share at the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on the Expiration Date. Gross proceeds received by the Fund, before any expenses of the Offer, are expected to approximate $78.6 million.<\/p>\n
