(NASDAQ:BELFA) and (NASDAQ:BELFB)<\/strong> today announced that its Board of Directors has declared regular quarterly cash dividends of $0.06 per share on the Company’s Class A common shares and $0.07 per share on the Company’s Class B common shares.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cash dividends for Class A and Class B common shares are payable on January 30, 2026 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bel currently has approximately 12,660,000 common shares outstanding, of which 2,115,000 are Class A common shares and 10,545,000 are Class B common shares.<\/p>\n
