NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Avantor, Inc. (\u201cAvantor\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: AVTR) securities between March 5, 2024 and October 28, 2025, inclusive (the \u201cClass Period\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Complaint alleges that Defendants misled investors by falsely touting the Company\u2019s competitive positioning and downplaying the effects of increased competition.
