\nAs a pioneer in tax-advantaged and quantitative equity portfolios for more than three decades, Northern Trust Asset Management is enhancing its capabilities by offering long\/short portfolios to institutional investors and financial advisors by early 2026. The market for tax-managed long\/short strategies is expanding, as clients increasingly seek strategies that: diversify concentrated positions, harvest losses to offset gains from business sales or private equity distributions, rejuvenate ossified portfolios and enhance short-term loss harvesting in cash-funded portfolios.<\/p>\n

His research focuses on concentrated stock solutions and optimal asset allocation. He previously held senior quantitative investing roles with Northcoast Asset Management, BNP Paribas, RHG Capital and others.
