DATA BREACH ALERT: Brightstar Global Solutions. If your data was impacted, you may be entitled to money damages.<\/div>\n

On November 17, 2024<\/span>, Brightstar discovered that an unauthorized third party gained access to certain of its internal corporate systems.<\/p>\n

Although the breach occurred in November 2024<\/span>, Brightstar did not begin notifying affected individuals until on or around October 3, 2025<\/span>, which may have violated state and federal laws. The following information may have been compromised in the breach: names, contact information, dates of birth, government identification documents or government identification numbers such as driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers or other tax identifiers, financial account information, health data, and other information collected in connection with affected individuals’ relationship with Brightstar or a lottery or gaming venue supported by Brightstar.<\/p>\n
