Gross proceeds to the Company are expected to be approximately $7 million<\/span>, excluding placement agent fees and offering related expenses.<\/p>\n

The offering is expected to close on October 7, 2025<\/span>, subject to customary closing conditions. Pixelworks intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n
