Previously, she was senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Bristow Group Inc., and held executive legal roles of increasing responsibility over more than a decade each at General Electric and Electronic Data Systems Corporation. She began her career in private practice at Baker Botts.<\/p>\n<p>\nVictoria holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor\u2019s degree in government from Cornell University. She currently serves as a director of InnoVent Renewables as well as several philanthropic and community organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\nVictoria succeeds Evan Turtz, who announced plans earlier this year to retire in October after 21 years with the company.
