\nVICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) (\u201cVICI Properties\u201d) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock for the period from July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025, representing an annualized amount of $1.80 per share and a 4.0% increase from the current dividend rate. The dividend will be payable on October 9, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 18, 2025.<\/p>\n
