The Company is not selling any Ordinary Shares in the offering, and the Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering by the Selling Shareholders. The Ordinary Shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol \u201cDOLE.\u201d The offering is expected to close on September 5, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\nGoldman Sachs &amp; Co.
