These companies will efficiently exchange intricate, FDA-required Key Data Elements (KDEs) for each Critical Tracking Event (CTE) in their supply chains, with the goal of meeting the growing traceability demands of their retail customers.<\/p>\n

\nFirst in the queue is a traditional Amish co-op that makes hand-crafted blue cheese. Joining them is a dairy producing a wide variety of dairy products in the Mediterranean tradition, using Real California Milk. Other suppliers preparing for food traceability data-sharing include a longstanding provider of aseptically processed dairy and non-dairy beverages, cheeses, sauces and more, as well as a food manufacturer crafting Mexican-American favorites like tortillas, sauces, cookies, and snacks from gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients.<\/p>\n
