SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc. (\u201cBlack Rock Coffee Bar\u201d) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (\u201cSEC\u201d) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.<\/p>\n

Black Rock Coffee Bar has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol \u201cBRCB.\u201d<\/p>\n
