(NYSE:ZTS) today announced that it has agreed to sell $1.850 billion of senior notes, consisting of $850.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.150% senior notes due 2028 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2035, in an underwritten public offering.<\/p>\n<p>\nZoetis intends to use the net proceeds to repay the principal of (i) its 4.500% senior notes due 2025 in the aggregate principal amount of $750 million, (ii) its 5.400% senior notes due 2025 in the aggregate principal amount of $600 million, and (iii) the remainder for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on August 18, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\nBarclays Capital Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P.
