Mr. Duke will succeed <span class=\"xn-person\">Fran Soistman<\/span> as the Company&#8217;s chief executive officer, effective <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 18, 2025<\/span>, and joined the Company on <span class=\"xn-chron\">August 4, 2025<\/span> to begin the transition process.<\/p>\n<p>Each of these awards was\u00a0granted under\u00a0the\u00a0Company&#8217;s Amended and Restated 2021 Inducement Plan (the &#8220;Inducement Plan&#8221;) and otherwise will be subject to the terms and conditions of a restricted stock unit agreement under the Inducement Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Duke received two restricted stock unit awards.
