\nResources Connection, Inc. (Nasdaq: RGP<\/a>) (the \u201cCompany\u201d), a global professional services firm, announced today that David White has resigned as Lead Independent Director and a director of the Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) of the Company effective August 3, 2025. Mr. White is leaving to become the interim executive director for the NFL Players Association.<\/p>\n

\nUpon Mr. White\u2019s resignation, the Board determined that no Lead Independent Director was necessary given that Bob Pisano, the Chair of the Board, is independent. The Board also appointed Roger Carlile to serve as the Chair of the Compensation Committee.<\/p>\n
