A seasoned title professional, Downing will drive business development efforts in these territories by forming and managing relationships with title insurance agents while supporting their growth initiatives.<\/p>\n

Janell has over 40 years of title insurance experience. Before joining TRG, she worked for 25 years with two large underwriters, managing territories to increase market share, developing client relations and implementing marketing strategies. She served as an escrow officer and branch manager for a title agency in Ohio<\/span> for 6 years and has held roles in document preparation, budgeting, real estate closings, agency operations and commercial transactions.<\/p>\n
