Whalen to the Ecolab Board of Directors as an independent director. Ms. Whalen was also appointed to the Audit and Finance Committees of the Board.<\/p>\n<p>\nMs. Whalen is an accomplished financial executive and business leader with deep experience in the retail, technology and hospitality sectors.
