Agadi<\/a> as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective August 6. He succeeds Scott Letier<\/a>, who now chairs the Board\u2019s Audit Committee.<\/p>\n

\nMr. Agadi joined Conduent\u2019s Board in 2025 and previously led its Audit Committee. Mr. Letier has served as a director since 2018 and as Chairman since 2021.
