As previously reported on a Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 11, 2025<\/span>, Bon Natural Life Limited ( “the Company”) received notification from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) that the Company had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Bid Price Rule”). The Panel also advised the Company that it will be subject to a one-year Discretionary Panel Monitor.<\/p>\n

On July 29, 2025<\/span>, the Company received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC confirming the Panel’s decision and stating that the matter is now closed.<\/p>\n
