The foundation accepts grant requests twice per year \u2013 once in the spring and once in the fall.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe fall grant application period is now open and closes at 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 15. Decisions will be announced in November.<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;Communities thrive on the dedication of nonprofits that create meaningful change for today and for the future,\u201d said Hunter A.
