(Nasdaq: FTCI), a leading provider of solar tracker systems, software and engineering services, today announced that it entered into a new $75 million strategic financing facility (the \u201cFinancing Facility\u201d) with Cleanhill Partners and affiliates, AV Securities and other long-term investors.<\/p>\n<p>The Financing Facility provides for an initial term loan financing of up to $37.5 million. Of this amount, $14.3 million of term loan financing and an associated warrant issuance closed and funded on July 2, 2025.
