The total contract value is AED 885,000. All units will be serviced under utility agreements.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in\">Business Bay Tower \u2013 High-rise with 3 basements, ground floor, 32 residential levels \u2013 242 apartments and 3 retail outlets. Contract value: AED 395,000.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in\">Satwa Mid-Rise Development \u2013 13 floors plus roof access \u2013 240 apartments.
