The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $200,000,000.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company\u2019s units commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbol \u201cAXINU\u201d on June 18, 2025. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one right to receive one tenth (1\/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of the Company\u2019s initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq\u00a0under the symbols \u201cAXIN\u201d and \u201cAXINR,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
