CMS has amended the terms of the Tender Offer to increase the combined aggregate principal amount of Bonds subject to the Tender Offer (the &#8220;Aggregate Tender Cap&#8221;) from <span class=\"xn-money\">$125 million<\/span> to <span class=\"xn-money\">$147.095 million<\/span>.
