NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nRithm Capital Corp. (NYSE: RITM, \u201cRithm Capital\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a global, multi-dimensional asset manager with deep experience investing in real estate and credit, today announced the close of NRMLT 2025-NQM3, a $504 million securitization backed by a pool of non-qualified residential mortgage (\u201cNon-QM\u201d) loans. The loans are serviced by Rithm\u2019s subsidiary, Newrez LLC, one of the largest mortgage servicers in the US.<\/p>\n

\nNRMLT 2025-NQM3 is collateralized by a pool of 1,039 residential mortgages with a weighted average credit score of 750 and a loan-to-value (\u201cLTV\u201d) of 70.06. The deal was rated by S&P and KBRA with tranches rated AAA through B. Barclays structured the deal and acted as joint bookrunner alongside BMO Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Nomura, and Wells Fargo.<\/p>\n
