\nEach of the seven nominees listed in the Company\u2019s management information circular dated May 14, 2025, provided in connection with the Meeting were appointed as Directors of the Company.<\/p>\n
\nShareholders also adopted all other resolutions submitted for their approval, including the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of the Company and the authority given to directors to set its compensation; the ratification and confirmation of the Company\u2019s omnibus plan, as amended at the Meeting by the shareholders; as well as the approval of stock options granted to directors, officers and employees.<\/p>\n
