Ultra PCS\u2019s innovative solutions for safety and mission critical aerospace systems will augment Eaton\u2019s portfolio in both military and civilian aircraft. We expect Ultra PCS\u2019s strong growth position on high-margin business to be accretive to Eaton. Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton will pay $1.55 billion for Ultra PCS.
