A regular common share dividend for the second quarter of $0.6925 per share will be paid on July 11, 2025 to shareholders of record on June 24, 2025.<\/p>\n

\nA quarterly dividend of $1.03625 per share will be paid on June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2025 of the Company\u2019s Series K Preferred Shares.<\/p>\n
