MILL VALLEY, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Redwood Trust, Inc.<\/a> (NYSE: RWT; \u201cRedwood\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leader in expanding access to housing for homebuyers and renters, today announced that its Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) has declared second quarter 2025 common and preferred stock dividends.<\/p>\n

Common Stock Dividend<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe Board has authorized the declaration of a second quarter 2025 regular common stock dividend of $0.18 per share, unchanged from the first quarter of 2025. This marks the Company’s 104th<\/sup> consecutive quarterly common dividend. The second quarter 2025 common stock dividend is payable on June 30, 2025 to stockholders of record on June 23, 2025.<\/p>\n

Preferred Stock Dividend<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\nIn accordance with the terms of Redwood\u2019s 10.00% Series A Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (\u201cSeries A\u201d), the Board authorized the declaration of a Series A dividend for the second quarter of 2025 of $0.625 per share. Dividends for the Series A are payable on July 15, 2025 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2025.<\/p>\n
