Prior to founding TRP Advisors, he was a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Capital Solutions Group at Lazard, Freres & Co. LLC, and earlier, co-headed the global corporate restructuring practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
